As IT Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the hotel’s information technology systems to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient daily operations. You will play a key role during the hotel’s pre-opening phase, assisting with system setup, testing, and user training, and providing reliable IT support across all departments once the hotel is operational.
Working closely with hotel leadership, corporate IT, and external vendors, you will help ensure all technology platforms meet operational needs, brand standards, and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily IT support to hotel operations, including Front Office, Finance, Sales, F&B, and back-of-house departments.
Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hotel systems, including PMS, POS, network infrastructure, hardware, and software applications.
Assist with pre-opening IT activities, including system testing, user access setup, data preparation, and staff training.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime and operational disruption.
Maintain IT equipment inventory, documentation, and basic system records.
Coordinate with corporate IT teams and external service providers for system upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution.
Support data security, user access control, and compliance with company IT policies and standards.
Provide basic IT training and guidance to team members to improve system usage and efficiency.
Assist in implementing and maintaining backup, recovery, and basic cybersecurity procedures.
Ensure IT services support a seamless guest experience and efficient internal operations.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of IT experience, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
Practical knowledge of hotel systems such as PMS, POS, networking, hardware, and common business applications.
Basic understanding of IT security, system access control, and data protection practices.
Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on and service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Lao and/or Thai is an advantage.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to support pre-opening activities and operational demands as required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Lao and/or Thai required.
Must be able to work shifts and weekends.
