**Description** Job Title: IT Supervisor Location: Omaha Reporting to: Plant Engineer Essential Job Functions: + Vendor Access Requests + All computer/network components, including servers, network equipment, wireless access points, cabling, printers, and work stations + Security camera systems + Door readers and controller systems + Phone systems + All “Production Floor / Plant Floor Systems.” + Work with end users proposing new hardware and software solutions + Test all hardware and software modifications before they are introduced into production + Provide hardware and software diagnostics for network, hardware, and software issues + Seek out opportunities to automate plant processes + Implement automated solutions plant-wide + Communicate Plant Systems Outages and Notices + Analyze software issues, installation, and testing of application software/patches + Provide on-call support for complex software problems and issues + Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned **Experience Required:** + 3 years of related experience, preferred but not required + Proficient in reading and writing ladder logic plc program + Proficient in graphics packages / HMI interface + Fundamental understanding of VLANS + Fundamental understanding of Citrix desktop + Server, Windows 10, Office 2016 + Cisco Network Switch cabling, connectivity, configurations, and troubleshooting + Phone systems experience preferred, but not required + MCSE Certification is preferred, but not required + A+ Certification preferred, but not required **Skills/Abilities Required:** + Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal + Must have strong customer support abilities + Must be willing to work in a plant / industrial environment + Must be willing to travel as required to support additional plant **JBS is an equal opportunity employer.** **EOE, including disability/ vets**
