The IT Supervisor is responsible for managing and maintaining the network and IT infrastructure across Vietnam, with a primary focus on end-user support at the Hung Yen site and support for country also. This role serves as a key IT liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring IT systems operate efficiently and align with the business needs of the organization
Responsibilities\nManage and maintain the network and IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.\nProvide day-to-day technical support to end users at the Hung Yen site, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.\nCoordinate with internal departments and external clients to understand business processes and deliver IT solutions that improve operational effectiveness.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Operation applications, systems, and hardware in a timely and professional manner.\nUnderstand the local site’s IT architecture to provide appropriate technical solutions and consultancy to business and operations teams.\nOversee IT asset management, including inventory control, usage monitoring, and compliance with corporate policies.\nDevelop, document, and implement IT procedures and best practices to standardize support and ensure business continuity.\nProficient in using computers, particularly Microsoft Office M365.\nStrong knowledge of network systems with good analytical skills and experience IT scope.\nSelf-disciplined, with the ability to work night shifts and perform well under high-pressure conditions.\nDetail-oriented, enthusiastic, and diligent in task execution.\nCapable of working independently with minimal supervision.\nFlexible and adaptable to changing work demands and environments.\nInnovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and propose effective solutions.\nReliable and responsible, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in completing tasks.\nExcellent team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.\nExperience in ITIL process, Office 365 knowledge.\n3-5 years experienced in IT infrastructure management, end-user support, and IT operations.\nStrong understanding of networking, IT security, and enterprise-level application systems.\nExcellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and liaise with external partners.\nGood English skills.\nSelf-disciplinal with ability to work at night shift or under high pressure\nAble to work on own initiative, flexibility, innovative reliable (in order to take responsibility and ownership of completing assignments).\nAbility to work in teamwork.\n\n
