Kforce's client is seeking a strategic IT Program/Project Manager to partner with the CIO in developing and executing a multi-year technology roadmap. This leader will drive business process transformation, support ERP migration, and build prioritization and financial management frameworks. Responsibilities: * Collaborate directly with the CIO to develop and articulate IT strategy and roadmap (3-5 years) * Support ERP transition (NetSuite/Oracle to SAP) and broader business process changes * Build business cases, project charters, and ROI frameworks for technology investments * Lead prioritization processes for IT initiatives * Engage with North American Leadership Team stakeholders to align on standards and processes * Create executive-level presentations and strategy decks; strong storytelling required * Influence without authority; drive stakeholder buy-in and cross-functional collaboration * Maintain focus on IT financial management, budgeting, and vendor engagement Required Experience: * Proven experience in IT strategy, portfolio management, and program/project management (CPG/retail preferred).
