Job Description

AECOM is seeking a IT Sr Manager to support our Corporate IT team. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of 2 days per week required in the office and the remaining days available for remote work. This position can be based in either Houston, TX or Dallas, TX. 

Job Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Purpose

Champion change for strategic plansDevelop business cases and use financial awareness to ensure new initiatives will achieve the desired outcomesAlign each IT initiative to the business strategyEnsure value plans are completed and communicated to the businessWork with business leaders to develop future roadmaps and explore new opportunities

Capability

Provide leadership and knowledge empowerment for fellow Regional Relationship ManagersCollaborate as a RRM team member to actively mature the RRM discipline and develop best practicesCreate RRM documents (strategic relationship plans, value plan, etc..)

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

BA/BS + 10 years of relevant IT Management experience, with a preferred focus on championing business change (e.g., leading initiatives, products, services, or interactions), including 2 years of leadership experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationAbility to travel periodically 

Preferred Qualifications:

BA/BS in Business Management, IT or a related fieldBusiness Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®)Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM®) with Certificates of ExperienceMaster of Business Relationship Management (MBRM®)
