Provide daily support in a timely manner for all Japan staff members and staff at other remote Integra facilities via phone and email. including:
Accepting and resolving any helpdesk tickets assigned in a timely mannerProvide support for Windows 10/11 OS and other desktop applications such as Office365Imaging PCs & laptops and PC setup, installation, maintenance, upgrades and configurationsMobile Device managementProvide support for the networking, telephony equipment and PrintersMaintaining client server and network infrastructureVendor management, include contact to vendor, purchase IT related goodsDeveloping and conducting IT trainingManaging the porting of new accounts and disconnections of account terminationsSecurity Group Management: mailboxes, distribution lists, grant rights, folder structureConfigure and maintain local printers and serversCreating procedures and keeping documentation up to dateMaintain adequate security procedures to safeguard systems from unauthorized users, damaged data and virus infections including:
Develop, organize, maintain and train staff on operational procedures and documentationMaintain adequate security procedures to safeguard systems from unauthorized users, damaged data, virus infections and data lossProvide recommendations, support and assistance on strategic projects as required
