Responsibilities: * Web Design & Development: Build and maintain internal and external websites using modern web technologies * Microsoft Power Apps: Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps and related Microsoft tools * Customer Support: Provide responsive and effective software support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high user satisfaction * Develop and deliver training sessions (virtual and in-person) * Create engaging training materials, including how-to guides, video tutorials, and walkthroughs * Maintain and expand internal FAQs, wiki pages, and user documentation * Ensure content is clear, accurate, and accessible to users of all skill levels
