Job Description

We are looking for you, an IT Solution Manager (m/f/diverse), to join our Information Technology team in the area of Business Applications for Purchasing, Finance, Integrity & Law. Hybrid Work is possible.

The main objective of this position is the responsible for the operation of applications in the area of Purchasing and Finance. 

Core Responsibilities:

You work as an IT partner and IT provider with your customers in Purchasing, Finance, Integrity & Law;You ensure close cooperation with divisions/regional hubs as well as with internal and external partners;You are responsible for handling tickets, incidents, and changes;You steer, plan, and implement requested changes and extensions together with the business application manager/business key users;You control the budget for services and create order requisitions;You provide support for the continuous optimization of individual applications, their strategies, and architecture;You are actively involved in global IT and business projects;You assist in the development of global standards, strategies, and concepts and their implementation in the area of Purchasing, Finance, Integrity & Law.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

 Academic Degree in computer science, business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification; Experience in Purchasing and/or Finance and/or Integrity & Law processes appreciated.Excellent communication skills;Business fluent English skills (spoken and written);Team player with a willingness to work in a global team environment;Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to find workable solutions for all parties involved.Independent, structured, results-oriented, and customer-oriented working style.

Preferred Qualifications:

Several years of professional experience in IT service management or a project environment;Knowledge or experience in service management, e.g., as a service or application owner;Knowledge of business analytics tools, cloud services, server management, SAP BW, and Mendix; Experience in managing external service providers.
