Job Description

We are looking for you, a motivated IT Solution & Integration Architect, to join our Information Technology team in the area of HR & Communications Applications. Hybrid Work is possible.

The main objective of this position is to design and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring seamless integration across systems. You align the technology architecture with organizational goals, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

Architecture Design, Development & Planning: You design end-to-end IT solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements. You ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective. You define architecture blueprints, patterns, and reference models.Requirements Analysis: You collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements. You translate business needs into technical specifications and architectural components.Technology Evaluation & Selection: You assess and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools. You ensure compatibility with existing systems and future scalability.Security & Compliance: You enforce architectural standards, policies, and best practices. You ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO standards) and integrate security principles into architecture (e.g., identity, access control, data protection). You identify and mitigate technical risks early in the design phase.Integration & Interoperability: You identify interfaces of integration points and data flows between systems, applications, and services. You ensure seamless integration across heterogeneous environments (on-prem, cloud, hybrid). You assess and recommend suitable middleware tools.Documentation & Communication: You produce architecture documentation, diagrams, and decision records. You communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Project Support & Delivery: You support development and operations teams during implementation. You validate architecture through proof-of-concepts, pilots, and close collaboration with Enterprise Architect and Domain Architects.

QualificationsAcademic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field;5+ years of experience in a similar architecture role (cloud architecture, solution architecture or enterprise architecture);Strong understanding of middleware technologies and IT architectures;Hands-on experience in interface design, mapping data flows and architecture documentation;TOGAF certification;Several years of experience in business processes in the area of HR and/or Corporate Communications;Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;Strong communication and presentation skills;Proficiency in English;Capable of working in a multicultural, distributed team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Several years of professional experience in IT service management or a project environment;Deep knowledge in requirements gathering and analysis;Knowledge in agile project methodologies.
