You will:
Promote and support the IT Service Delivery Model, IT processes, and the IT portfolio of solutions across the organization.Consult and advise internal customers by aligning IT solutions, services, and processes with their strategic goals.Participate in the design, development, and deployment of IT solutions, processes, and services in accordance with annual and long-term plans.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system/service manuals, training materials, and operational guides within your scope.Ensure quality and compliance by adhering to relevant principles, standards, procedures, and best practices.Collaborate with IT colleagues and cross-functional teams to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement.Contribute to the efficient use of IT tools and technologies by promoting best practices and supporting user adoption.Stay informed and engaged with evolving IT frameworks and contribute to innovation and process optimization.
We expect that you:
Hold a College or University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration.Have additional certifications, degrees, or experience in Information Systems (IS).Bring proven experience in Information Technology or a relevant Business Function.Understand the fundamentals of Project Management methodology.Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Communicate effectively and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Show a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic IT environment.Are fluent in English.
