We are seeking a dedicated Technology Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients, understanding their needs and designing high-level technical solutions to match. You will play a crucial role in managing and defining technology solutions to meet clients' requirements, connecting them to our extensive range of technical offers and options.

Responsibilities:

Support sales management for account growth.Collaborate with presales teams during the RFP phase to define technical solutions and architecture proposals.Build partnerships with clients to evolve technological solutions that meet their requirements.Manage customer expectations and guide them to the most suitable solutions.Analyze customer needs and propose upgrades or additional features to fulfill their requirements.Engage with clients and internal teams to define comprehensive solutions, ensuring alignment with operational standards.Validate and document solution designs with the Global Architecture Network/Voice/Server team.Establish best practices for IT Service Delivery Play Books.

Qualifications:

5+ years' experience in contact center solutions/services.Strong knowledge of networks, telephony, security, and domain/application services.Experience with Amazon Connect Voice Channel or similar in digital transformation.Proven track record in solution architecture within a multi-channel environment.Experience in automation and digital technologies.Familiarity with managing third-party providers and partners.Ability to balance multiple sales opportunities with direct responsibility.Excellent organizational skills and experience in maintaining a pipeline of opportunities.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
