Mission and main responsibilitiesIn the frame of the new IT Service contract operated by a third-party supplier, you will be the local IT responsible to ensure that the contract is executed and operated according to the given SLA/KPI.You will be part of an international organization, local reference for the different service lines responsible: Run/Incidents, Service Requests, Change Management and IS SecurityYou will participate and contribute to the design of architectural solutions within the IS domainYou will ensure technical coordination between the IT, other IS domains or other CountriesYou will ensure IT security compliance according to the IS Security policy and rulesYou will ensure that safe working practices are used by the team and the various contractorsYou will ensure end users IT equipment’s provisioning

Technical skillsGood knowledge about:ITIL processes and procedures for IT Service Management (ITSM)Management of Operating Systems (Server/Client) and the main Application SoftwareNetwork architectures, in particular LAN, WAN and Wireless networks, mixed data/voice over IP network, network and firewalling security solutionsArchitecture and design of Data Center and IT solutions.

Managerial skills:To organize and manage projects independently, to meet deadlines in the agreed timeframe, to interact with partners/suppliers coordinating their activities, to elaborate cost analysis of services and productsAbility to work in a team and to motivate a teamProcess the analysis of costs related to technical support services for infrastructures, applications and solutionsOptimize local solutions in the frame of the JV technical policies and the IT delivery modelEnsure the data integrity of data in IT (Assets, Data & Back-up, etc.)Support architectural studies within the IS domainCommunication and Active Listening SkillsSynthesis and reporting of key events
