Full-Time with benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc. Join our team as an IT Support Analyst at our award-winning Senior Living Community, providing on-site technology support to residents and staff. You’ll assist with technical issues, handle equipment, and collaborate with your team while being on-call for occasional after-hours events. Training on various technologies will be provided, with some travel to other Erickson Senior Living locations. How you will make an impact + Manage the lifecycle of desktops, laptops and phone systems while applying required security controls + Troubleshoot networking issues to various endpoints + Handle customer complaints with patience  + Training users on how to use technology + Take ownership of issues and driving issues to resolution independently. + Work in collaboration with team members, customers and vendors + What you will need + Three years of relevant work experience required + CompTIA A+ certification preferred (required within 6 months of hire date) Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
