What you can expect:

Reporting into the Finance Manager, this is an existing role for the Australian market based in our SEAPAC support office in Cremorne. Fundamentally this role is responsible for managing the IT service desk, providing timely and appropriate support for IT issues for HUGO BOSS locations and employees across Australia and assisting with store retail IT project rollouts. Occasional weekend standby support is required.  Key responsibilities include:

\n\nManaging the IT Service Desk function for HUGO BOSS Australia in line with the IT Service Level Agreement (SLA) and IT Security & Data Protection policies\nProviding timely and appropriate IT support for IT issues to HUGO BOSS Australia\nEffective and timely support of retail IT projects and key IT initiatives\nThe management of IT equipment in retail and office environment for HUGO BOSS Australia\nSetup, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting of end-user relevant IT equipment in office and retail environment.\nPreparation of IT guidelines and manuals for end-user.\nUser Account management (User Administration & New User Authorisations).\nMonitoring IT systems, server & network infrastructure and escalation of incident cases following Global IT Service Desk procedures and processes\nProviding relevant and effective coaching and training of IT processes & systems (hardware use / systems use etc) to stakeholders\nRevising, devising and executing IT policy and procedure\nParticipate and co-ordinate tasks, activities and feedback sessions, with Headquarters in Germany and our Shared Service IT Centre in Hong Kong\n

 

Your profile:

\nResults driven\nDemonstrable effective time management skills\nAddresses issues quickly, ensuring minimal impact to the business\nPrevious experience in a customer focused, service desk role\nAppropriate tertiary qualifications in IT discipline\nGood understanding of server administration and maintenance\nGood IT technical skill is essential\nGood communication and problem solving skills\n
