Labcorp is seeking for a IT Service Technician to do the following:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Data Communications Network MaintenanceProvide ongoing support for the Data Communications Network, ensuring its optimal functionality.Install cables and troubleshoot network-related issues.Regional Systems Support:Address internal and external system needs across the New England Territory including branches, labs, PSCs, and clients.System Expertise:Manage various systems, such as Link, Touch, SIS CoPath, LCLS, LMS, Orchard LIS, Soft Lab, and PSC LCM.Client Training: Train clients in the use of Link and other relevant systems.Conduct training on ordering lab tests in select ambulatory EMRs.Implementation Support: Assist clients during the implementation of interfaces and provide post-live support.Employee IT Support: Support employees with hardware (desktop, laptop, etc.) and various software needs.Lab Systems and Infrastructure: Provide support for lab systems and contribute to infrastructure maintenance.Telecommunications: Oversee and support telecommunications systems.Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, but prefer an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Networking3+ experience of relevant hands-on IT experience in lieu of a degreeApplication Window closes 9/1/2025
Pay Range: $35,000 - $70,000
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
