IT Service Manager for HR Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
**Job Family:** Information Technology **Req ID:** 475452 The IT Service Manager is part of the Center of Excellence for HR at Siemens Healthineers IT. The CoE’s prime goal is to support the global HR organization and Customer Service Education Organization with their IT related demands by providing IT solutions and managing & continuously improving global IT services. Your tasks and responsibilities:You act as one of the IT Service Managers for our global HR Talent Acquisition & Talent Management IT landscape You align business demands and processes with our IT strategy and consult the business accordingly while acting as the subject matter expert for our global candidate experience and talent management platformYou will translate business demands into IT service requirements and ensure proper implementation of your solution design following our IT service management- and IT compliance frameworkYou think about the 'big picture', considering end-to-end processes and identifying cross-topic dependenciesYou collaborate closely with your team members, internal stakeholders and external service management teams and drive related activitiesYou are responsible for the support model incl. but not limited to incident management with internal and external stakeholders Your qualifications and experience:You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in a subject related to information technology, business administration or related fieldsYou have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT Service Management You have a thorough understanding of IT solutions for Human ResourcesYou are experienced working in international and interdisciplinary IT related projectsYou have first experiences in managing external IT service providersYou are familiar with and understand the compliance requirements as they pertain to IT operations in the healthcare industryYour attributes and skills:You have a personal affinity for the digital world and modern cloud-based technology incl. the latest AI developmentsYou strive to translate new business and operational challenges into value-adding technology solutions You are a well-structured and detail-oriented worker with a strong ability to think analytically and you don't compromise on quality, even under pressureYou have particularly strong teamworking skills, are proactive and like taking the lead on topics incl. seeing things through to the endYou have a knack for stakeholder management and a high level of service orientationYou already have extensive experience with international and intercultural cooperation and communicate reliable across cultures and organizational levelsBasic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2300 EUR brutto /month + VAR**We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions.
