Then come to our Insanely Centric Team and become a Certified International Specialist!\n\nYOUR TASKS\n\n\n\n\n\nTo manage the infrastructure, technical support and telecommunications for VN.\n\n\n\n\nDirecting the establishment of a continually improving omputer network and associated services.\n\n\n\n\nRationalising the deployment of servers in order to provide high service levels at an appropriate cost.\n\n\n\n\nPlanning and overseeing all hardware, software and service purchases in line with the area and country IS budget.\n\n\n\n\nPlanning the provision for security, availability, resilience and performance\n\n\n\n\nProviding advice and recommendations on the selection of network related hardware and software\n\n\n\n\nIdentifying and evaluating network services, network hardware and software tools available in VN\n\n\n\n\nDocumentation of all networks.\n\n\n\n\nTo manage the HelpDesk to resolve issues in a timely manner.\n\n\n\n\nExternal customers: Contract negotiation, problem escalation, etc.\n\n\n\n\nProactive member of the VN IT Management team.\n\n\n\n\nTo contribute to IS budgets in a timely manner in accordance with the company planning cycle and regional schedules.\n\n\n\n\nTo set performance targets and goals for Technical Services in alignment with national plans and budgets.\n\n\n\n\nTo rationalise the deployment servers, desktop and laptop units in order to provide high service levels at an appropriate cost.\n\n\n\n\nTo ensure that Service Level Agreements for all services provided by Technical Services Team to the business are prepared and in place.\n\n\n\n\nTo ensure all personal computer software is licensed.\n\n\n\n\nTo escalate problems within the department as necessary.\n\n\n\n\nTo develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.\n\n\n\n\nTo develop a high performance service culture.\n\n\n\n\nTo recruit quality staffs to ensure resourcing levels are met.\n\n\n\n\nTo manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.\n\n\n\n\nTo identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled Technical Services team.\n\n\n\n\n\n
