The IT Service Integrator is responsible for overseeing the integration of mid-level IT services managed by external service providers. This role ensures effective service delivery, promotes continuous improvement, and guarantees compliance with quality and governance standards.
Working closely with external service managers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams, the IT Service Integrator acts as a liaison to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and a results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the integration of multiple IT services, ensuring external providers meet contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve operational issues and ensure service continuity.
- Monitor service performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Identify deviations and propose corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
- Actively participate in service improvement initiatives, driving operational efficiency and innovation.
- Support process simplification and cost reduction efforts while maintaining service excellence.
- Serve as the point of contact between vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between involved parties to ensure service consistency and continuity.
- Generate regular service performance reports and present recommendations to management.
- Proactively escalate critical incidents to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Support risk identification and mitigation related to service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- ITIL certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management, focusing on coordination of external service providers.
- Proven experience in moderately complex environments and service improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, service integration, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
