Overview + Our customer is seeking a IT Service Desk Specialist to join their team while an employee is on temporary leave for 3+ months starting beginning of 2026. Would be onsite in the Fort Collins area. Key Responsibilities + Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for internal users, including execs + Troubleshoot common issues such as password resets and printer problems. + Manage and resolve tickets using Fresh Service and Fresh Desk. + Familiarity with End Point Central, Adobe, Microsoft Suite, and Outlook - be able to provide troubleshooting support for end users. + Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. + Participate in periodic on-call rotations for after-hours support Qualifications + Experience: 2–5 years in a help desk or technical support role. + Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve common IT issues quickly. + Proven customer support experience with excellent communication skills. + Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote management tools. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
