IT Service Desk Lead
Description IT Service Desk Lead 1. 10+ years of experience as an IT Engineer or similar role as a subject matter expert a. Provided Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for Windows Desktop/Server, macOS, and Linux server environments b. Support of Microsoft 365 services (Hybrid AD w/ Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) c. Strong knowledge of networking security principles (VPN, cloud connections, SDWAN, and VoiP) d. Built and supported on-prem server hardware and virtualization (Hyper-V) e. Familiarity with DevOps, automation, or monitoring tools f. Disaster recovery planning, implementation, documentation, and testing g. Implement and support endpoint security solutions (Wi-Fi, Entra ID, Intune) h. Cloud administration experience (AWS and Azure) to include VMs, security, Storage, Saas, SQL and Networking i.
