SUMMARY

Responsible for the maintenance of installed infrastructure technologies as well as the installation and configuration of these technologies within a specific area. Assists in design and functional specifications, produces deliverables related to specific projects and assists in post implementation support and system enhancements. May be involved with the configuration and maintenance of physical and logical network components. Additionally, this position may play an integral role in more complex system integration testing and evaluation within specific technology area of responsibility. Requires a bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in leu of a degree. This position is based out of Troy Ohio.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The major responsibilities of this role include:

· MANAGING EXECUTION: Support and help maintain group efforts. Collaborate as a team to effectively and efficiently execute day-to-day tasks such as imaging computers, deployment, iPhone supportability. This role will assist the IT supervisor in plans to better the IT Service desk in both streamline ticket creation and desk side support. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develop alternative solutions; use reason when dealing with emotional topics/situations. Proficient time management and prioritization skills. Organized in managing tasks and responsibilities.

· ADAPTABLE AND BUILDING COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS: In addition, this role works with internal customers for support. Having a good phone, online chats and in-person etiquette is required. One needs to adapt to the ever-growing, fast-paced environment. Must be adaptable, flexible, organized and act with a sense of urgency.

· CUSTOMER FOCUS: Cultivate external relationships with clients and vendors, manage peer and territory level customer relationships strategically, build solid connections, and ensure the delivery of customer-centric solutions aligned with strategic goals to reduce conflict and grow the business.

· TAKING INITIATIVE: Anticipates and meets the needs of end users and demonstrates commitment to ongoing service improvement. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions as related to the job.

· BUILDING COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS: Build and maintain effective relationships to share information, establish partnerships, and leverage experience to accomplish the organization’s goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Work Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, related field, or equivalent work experience is required.

· 2+ years’ experience working as an IT analyst.

· Experience with Azure, Intune, Entra Ect.

· Experience Microsoft office applications

· Experience supporting Apple products such as ABM (Apple Business Manager)

· Must have proven analytical/problem-solving skills.
