Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Service Delivery Specialist in Acton, MA. Overview We are looking for a hands-on IT Service Delivery Specialist to support daily operations across North America as part of a global IT team. You will provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support to users-troubleshooting hardware, software, mobile devices, and network issues-while helping drive improvements in productivity and customer satisfaction. This role supports both local and remote users and contributes to IT projects as needed. You will work with secure, scalable technologies and help enforce cybersecurity and compliance standards (HIPAA, SOX, etc.) in a regulated environment. Key Tasks: * Provide technical support to users across departments and locations * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues * Manage service desk requests and documentation * Support endpoint provisioning and access management * Collaborate with IT systems and cybersecurity teams * Contribute to continuous improvement of IT service delivery
