This role plays a key part in building IT capabilities in a new company, operating independently while remaining aligned with Mayo governance, security, and quality standards during the build and early operational phases.

Reporting to the IT Director, the Senior Manager has primary accountability for infrastructure services delivered through managed service provider relationships, including network, hosting, cloud platforms, end-user computing, and foundational security services.
