**Job Duties:** Serve as the IT Integration Leader responsible for SAP S/4HANA ERP product line in support of the Digital Transformation program. Deliver a highly reliable, high-quality ERP solution that meets business requirements, budgets, and quality standards for our Supply Chain organization. Own and drive the execution of end-to-end ERP integration deployments supporting the overall ERP Digital Transformation strategy. Supervise the progress of program components and ensure project scope/deliverables are completed in accordance with the product line and enterprise processes. Ensure all projects deployments are delivered to meet scope, cost, quality, technology, and scheduling requirements. Ensure full compliance and alignment with all SDLC, SOX, GxP, and regulatory requirements. Handle budgets and contracts for product line and projects. Supervise compliance activities such as Disaster Recovery and internal/external audits. Partner with key business, technology, and process leaders, business analysts, external vendors, and other product line leaders to ensure clean SAP S/4HANA design and to solve multi-functional process gaps. Collaborate across product lines to ensure ecosystem readiness including supervising system remediation, new system interfaces, reporting and analytics, managing downstream impact, and providing insights and solutions. Support test cycles, cutover, launch, and hyper care. Ensure physical site locations (including manufacturing plants and warehouses) have the required hardware and infrastructure to use the solution. Drive day-to-day governance with ecosystems. Define clear scope with respect to factors such as interdependencies and budget. Help to prioritize user stories and story points in partnership with Business Process Owners, Global Process Owners, Technical Process Owners, and Workstream leaders from Business and IT. Participate in daily stand-up meeting with SCRUM Team to support integration decisions. Report back to leadership on project status for the delivery of features, functionality, and applications. Serve as subject matter expert for the HMD ERP (SAP S/4HANA) system including end-to-end process integrations across plan, source, make, deliver (distribution, transportation), quality, and finance.
Position requires 25% travel (domestic & international).
**Requirements:** Employer will accept a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in an IT Senior Manager - ERP Integration Leader-related occupation.
