This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, which includes the ability to work from home, while also requiring to be in person as needed at our Lakeside and/or Clayton Corporate HQ campus locations in St. Louis, Missouri.

Responsibilities

The Business Administration team is seeking an IT Senior Manager to lead our Location Reference Data (LRD) product and custom accounting solutions. This role is critical to supporting multiple areas within the Business Administration department, including applications that serve both financial and administrative lines of business such as EAG, CMS, Bonus, Physical Damage Reserve, Direct Cost, ViDA, and more.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Drive continued modernization of the LRD application, building on our recent cloud migration and GUI enhancements.Oversee planning, delivery, and financial monitoring for multiple products.Lead initiatives related to the VAT in the Digital Age (ViDA) project.Foster innovation by introducing new ideas and solutions that align with Enterprise Mobility IT culture.Support team growth and development while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Required:

Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureMust reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding areaThe IT Senior Manager position requires 8 or more years of related experience.4 or more years of proven success managing high performance development teams within a large enterprise IT organization2 or more years of experience successfully leading, coaching, and developing people leaders/managersExcellent analytical skills as proven through past success creating, implementing, and executing transformational strategyExperience managing projects and situations in a matrixed resource environmentProven experience managing highly available, complex solutions with multiple dependencies and integrationsDemonstrated ability to build high‑performing teams through effective coaching, clear goal‑setting, and supportive performance management practicesMust be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

Preferred:

 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related fieldExperience with any of the following is preferred:Accounting/Financial software (custom/commercial)Knowledge of API and service-oriented architecture (SOA)Experience working in a SCRUM/Agile environmentMaintains and cultivates an active professional network for the purposes of pipelining future hires; stays current in local/regional IT market to understand competition and talent sources.
