Detailed Job Description: At least 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/ Design / Detailing of Processes At least 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum) as a Business Analyst At least 5 years of experience in one or more of the following Financial Services/ Banking domains/ Banking products At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/ external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process Excellent understanding of Payment application (MTS, ACH, Pep+, RDC) and formats like SWIFT, ISO20222 Excellent understanding of Payments interface system Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming and product prioritization meetings.
