Job Description

This role is a member of IT Agile Product Lifecycle Management team. In this role you will be a leader who helps the team, achieve its goals via effective Agile and Lean practices. You would manage 2 delivery teams dispersed globally (NA, EMEA, AP). Both teams are organized around multiple enterprise-wide applications.

Your Responsibilities: Understands and effectively applies and coaches Agile and Lean principles within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Scrum Master creates and maintains an environment for continuous learning.Helps the delivery teams to coordinate dependencies with other teams and communicates status of these dependencies as needed. Collaborates with other agile capability teams to identify, promote, and adopt best practices and lessons learned to optimize team and program performance.Helps team to remove any execution roadblocksManage smaller projects mainly within IT application spaceSupport IT manager in daily operations

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent knowledge in the areas of application / software engineering2+ years' experience in Scrum Master role (or Project Manager willing to grow as Scrum Master), with demonstrated capabilitiesKnowledge and understanding of agile principles, values, techniques, and scrum theoryAbility to protect team by saying "no" if neededBusiness applications management background (SAP or Windchill would be a bonus)Ability to lead 2 global teams at onceMust exhibit excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, that enables collaboration with global teamFluent English (C1) is a must

The Preferred - You Might Also Have: On-hand experience with Jira, Jira Align, ConfluenceUnderstanding of ITIL frameworkExperience with providing workshops and presentationsPrevious experience in a leadership role is a bonus
