The IT organization of ASML supports information management, infrastructure and key business processes across ASML. Part of the IT organization is the IT Ops Asia team who supports mission-critical applications such as SAP

IT is enabling business excellence by implementing improvement programs to  support business growth, innovate solutions, improve quality and reliability. Role and responsibilities

IT SAP business process analyst is responsible to support primarily Customer Support & Supply chain sector and Sales Operation Sector to achieve business operation excellence within global processes by providing a support for urgent operational issues,  providing a integrated consultation for improvement, supporting a global and regional initiatives for innovation & growth

General

Acts as a first IT contact for Business key players and Business process owners in the ASML Korea & Asia organizationAs a consultant, assess a change and define/refine business processes and related information systems (e.g. SAP, Front-end solution) to continuously increase business efficiency and effectiveness and ensure business teams are properly aligned with the company’s directionPlay a role in IT development & implementation projects (e.g. SAP S/4 Hana), by validating requirements, performing System integration test, supporting User acceptance test, performing change management during project aftercare period, providing training when new key-user is onboardPlay a linking-pin role between ASML business organization, ASML IT HQ organization and outsourcing partners (e.g. Tata consulting service team)

Specific

Provide consultation and clarification on SAP Supply chain processesProvide consultation and clarification on SAP Sales processesProvide feedbacks on UI/UX for front-end solutions interfacing with SAPCo-work with Tata consulting team for incident, changes, root cause analysis, etc.Support validating SAP roles for local business requirementsSupport Asia key user group to maintain proper level of self-sufficiency

Education and experienceBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field5 years and above Experience in supporting SAP Sales operation and Supply chain operation is mustSAP SD & MM module Consultant certification is mustExperience in supporting Business applications interfacing with SAP is plusExperience in supporting SAP CPQ is plusExperience in supporting SAP authorizations is plusExperience in supporting SAP Analytics Cloud is plusExperience in supporting SAP query/LSMW is plus
