We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruitment Intern to join our team and be part of our exciting hiring projects! You'll gain comprehensive recruitment knowledge, covering administrative tasks to advanced headhunting techniques. As a member of the HR team, your tasks are

Participating in end-to-end HR recruitment activitiesActive sourcing of candidates, especially in the IT field (e.g. LinkedIn)Phone screening of candidates both in Hungarian and in EnglishProviding an excellent candidate experience through the interview process: handling technical tasks, scheduling interviews, participating on interviews and giving feedback to the candidatesPre-boarding activities to make sure our future employees are well-informed and ready to join our companyRecruitment related admin tasks: handling candidates in our ATS, managing CV database and emlpoyee referrals, preparing HR reports in Excel, handling job ads.

QualificationsOngoing studies at a Hungarian university for 1 year at least in a related area: Economics, HR, psychology, etc.Fluency in English language, both writing and speakingAble to work 20-25 hours/weekProactive, solution oriented mindset.
