They have direct interactions with clients to ensure better end-to-end accountability for the respective quote process. How a day-to-day would look like in this role Scoping, client query handling (on-catalogue) and quote creation through SoftwareOne Delivery CRM (OneWorkplace). Non-strategic renewal management (on-catalogue). Vendor engagement (on-catalogue). Performance KPIs Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT). Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance. Win rate quote to order. Number of cases. What we need to see from you Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in Publisher or Vendor Management within the software or IT industry (required), ideally with exposure to commercial processes, partner operations, or sales support. Advanced English is a must (minimum B2+). Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow). Desired Qualifications: Understanding of software licensing models, cloud services, and SaaS procurement. Exposure to North American clients and exchange programs. Experience in pricing negotiation, supplier management, and researching multiple data sources. Soft Skills: Customer oriented, active listening. Analytical abilities. Team-oriented, reliable.
