**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Adheres to Project Management standard processes established by the EMERSON ENTERPRISE IT Program Management Office (PMO) + Follows the Emerson-established Project Delivery Guide. + Collaborates with peers for identification of continuous improvement opportunities within project management + Assesses projects to establish suitable project approach and methodology + Assists Project Sponsor / Product Owner in the development of the Project Scope of Work + Assesses and Leads Project Risk mitigation efforts + Collaborates with Stakeholders and Steering Committee to establish success criteria + Ties together Resource Capacity, Prerequisites, Dependencies, Interdependencies, Goals, Objectives, and Milestones. + Measures and monitors project progress. + Maintains adherence to established Key Performance Indicators according to methodology + Ensures that all applicable project results are crafted, maintained, and retained + Protects Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, and Resource allocations and collaborates with stakeholders to adjust + Leads the tracking and resolution of issues and problems that occur during the project or Program Increment lifecycle. Advances concerns to various levels of management. + Evaluates resource capacity and analyzes needs within a matrix organization + Establishes roles and responsibilities , RACI matrix + Is accountable for Project Performance and ensures that timely Project progress occurs using various methods + Ensures that the accurate level of customer organizational change and communication occurs + Maintains relationships and coordinates work between different teams at different locations including 3rd party suppliers. + Supervises supplier progress and adherence to applicable contracts. + Ensures that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and testing. + Compliance with IT policy, standard procedures, documentation, security, new application onboarding process thru architecture review process etc. + Work with the training resources to ensure requisite training is imparted to business users as part of project implementation + Partner with business functional areas to improve processes leading to efficiencies **Who You Are:** You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations; are exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities. You pursue everything with energy, drive, and the need to finish. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required + Should have 5 years of Project Management experience + Should have technical knowledge of Oracle EBS/ Oracle Cloud migration, implementation, rollouts etc. + Excellent English language oral and written skills required + Project Management certifications are preferred, but not required + Strong understanding of technical concepts to engage meaningfully with engineering teams, understand architectural discussions, and facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent) preferrable. + Solid knowledge of risk management frameworks to identify, analyze, mitigate, and track project and delivery risks. + Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. + Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred. + Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, or cloud environments is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + Strong communicator and active listener. + Empathetic leadership style focused on empowerment, not command. + Ability to balance delivery urgency with quality and sustainability. + Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution. **WHY EMERSON** **Our Commitment to Our People** At Emerson, we are motivated by a spirit of collaboration that helps our diverse, multicultural teams across the world drive innovation that makes the world healthier, safer, smarter, and more sustainable.
