Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager / IT Program Manager to lead a major SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration, with primary responsibility for the Order to Cash (OTC) workstream. This is a high visibility, enterprise wide initiative that will modernize core business processes and impact multiple functional areas across the organization. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP project experience, strong technical fluency, and the ability to partner closely with IT, offshore teams, and—eventually—business stakeholders as the program transitions into training, testing, and deployment phases. This role begins as a contract position with a strong potential to convert to full time. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the ECC → S/4HANA migration, with emphasis on the OTC module. • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, and status reporting. • Drive cross functional alignment across SAP Basis, ABAP/Development, OTC, P2P, and other SAP teams. • Coordinate work with onshore and offshore technical teams, including the Global Technology Center. Stakeholder Management • Partner closely with IT leadership throughout 2026 as the project remains IT heavy. • Prepare for increased business engagement in 2027, including training, UAT, and change readiness. • Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. • Facilitate workshops, technical discussions, and solution reviews with SAP functional and technical teams. Execution & Delivery • Build detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and ensure technical teams are aligned on scope and deliverables. • Oversee integration points across modules and ensure dependencies are managed. • Support cutover planning, testing cycles, and readiness activities. • Ensure project governance, documentation, and compliance with PMO standards. Skills and Requirements • 7+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience in complex enterprise environments. • Hands on SAP project experience, including: o S/4HANA (required) o ECC to S/4HANA migration or SAP upgrade experience (strongly preferred) • Order to Cash (OTC) module experience—must understand terminology, processes, and integration points. • Proven ability to work with SAP Basis, ABAP/Development, and functional teams. • Strong communication skills—concise, direct, and effective with both technical and business audiences. • Experience managing offshore teams and global delivery models. • Ability to work onsite in Atlanta four days per week.
