This position will lead agency technology projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The IT Project Manager will work closely with technical teams, agency leadership, and external vendors to support high-impact technology initiatives across multiple facilities statewide. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: + Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT projects from planning through closeout + Manage projects with a strong emphasis on network infrastructure and HVS/VoIP implementations + Coordinate schedules, resources, and vendors to ensure successful delivery + Develop project plans, timelines, status reports, risk logs, and documentation + Manage project scope, budget, and schedules using change-control processes + Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders + Track milestones, deliverables, and performance against project objectives + Conduct risk management and issue resolution activities + Maintain comprehensive project documentation and conduct lessons-learned reviews Minimum Qualifications: + High school diploma/GED and five (5) years of recent relevant project management experience with a progression in responsibility and eligibility to sit for Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Note: An equivalent combination of knowledge, education, job or intern experience, training, or certifications that provides the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted year-over-year.
