IT Project Manager

How you’ll make an impact:

Lead cross-functional IT Integration initiative involving comprehensive IT due diligence, conducting security assessments, enhancing end-user productivity, and integrating networks, cloud services, and applications for M&A initiatives.Manage Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to carve out both unstructured and structured data, as well as various application and infrastructure components for Divestiture initiatives.Lead the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan in order to achieve the project goals, and actively manages project riskDetermine and discern detailed requirements on larger scale projects to establish the project deliverables, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the project management plan updated and reflective of authorized project changesFacilitate the creation and approval of business cases, and utilizes historical data and expert judgment in order to understand project limitationsActively lead one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activitiesAssess project performance to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions and communicate to all stakeholdersEstablish and maintain team members and project stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications, both internal and external.Manage project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned and driving changes to future for continuous improvementServe as a project management subject matter expert, including guiding and mentoring other project managers; demonstrate expertise in a business process, professional discipline, market, or productOther incidental duties

What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree in related fieldA minimum of eight years hands on experience managing projects of increasing complexity or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required

Project Management Professional (PMP)Green belt or Black belt or Scrum Master certificationDemonstrated experience in Project Management methodologyProven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systemsExcellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectivesExtensive understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing large scale project plansExcellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent understanding and work experience with project budgets and financial management
 

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $121,000 to $171,000 (highly experienced).
