Skills and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. • 10+ years in IT program/project management, including leadership roles. • Proven experience with Oracle HCM and other Oracle cloud products. • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience. • Expertise in agile methodologies • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 360, Azure EDW, and Power Apps. • Familiarity with field service business processes. • PMP or ITIL certification preferred. • Experience in construction, energy, or engineering industries – NO candidates from the banks!!
