Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field. 10+ years' experience in project management in the construction or infrastructure sector. Minimum 3+ years' experience leading or supporting PMIS implementation. Proven hands-on knowledge of Oracle Unifier, Primavera P6, Procore, or similar systems. Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English - verbal and written. PMP, PMI-CP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
