Job description

The senior project manager will oversee and manage an IT organisational design change. This role requires expertise in running RFPs/tenders, excellent communication skills, and understanding of organizational design. Preferred experience in SAP ERP domain and understanding of IT governance are highly desirable.

Key responsibilities Project management: Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Monitoring: Track project progress, performance, and deliverables using appropriate project management tools. IT governance: Understanding of and adherence to IT governance, including processes, meetings, and organising information packs and actions as required. RFP/tender management: Develop, issue, and manage RFPs/tenders, including vendor selection and contract negotiation. Communication: Facilitate clear and open communication among senior stakeholders, team members, and vendors. Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met. ERP: Experience in ERP is preferred, ideally SAP. Consultancy collaboration: Experience working with IT consultancies. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
