Job Description Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Senior IT Project Manager to lead a major NDA transformation initiative within one of the top five leading banks. This role is not focused on coordination or administrative oversight—it requires a hands-on leader with deep technical understanding of ETL, data migration, and systems integration. The successful candidate will drive execution, manage risks, and ensure delivery of complex IT solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Skills and Requirements 7–10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in enterprise environments Strong understanding of ETL processes, data migration, and integration technologies Proven ability to manage complex technical projects without relying on coordination support Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and vendors Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in financial services or banking environments Familiarity with CIBC systems or similar enterprise platforms PMP or equivalent certification
