We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT & Automation Project Coordinator to support and manage a variety of technical and facilities-related initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for a self-starter with a background in IT systems, automation, and regulated environments such as the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing key projects, including system installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and support.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the installation of Blue Mountain systems.Coordinate Vaisala system upgrades and security system enhancements.Collaborate with internal customers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.Troubleshoot and maintain Optel systems and support minor automation tasks.Assist with HMI and PLC upgrades to improve system performance.Manage and track IT projects and initiatives from planning through execution.Maintain and update work order systems and database management platforms.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.Required Skills & Experience:Familiarity with Blue Mountain implementation and support.Basic understanding of automation, coding, and IT infrastructure.Experience with database systems and work order management tools (e.g., Calman, MP2).Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Experience in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical or medical device industry preferred).Preferred Qualifications:Hands-on experience with Blue Mountain installation.Exposure to facilities management systems and IT project coordination.Knowledge of Vaisala, Optel, HMI/PLC systems, and security technologies.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
