Contract type: This is a 12-month contract role, with hourly rate based on experience

Responsibilities

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for:

Operation and improvement of the IAM lifecycle Monitor and improve Joiner-Leaver-Transfer process Generate and follow up on ITSM tickets when problems are detected Assist HR and IT teams to analyse and solve problems Improve, setup, test and monitor Approval and Provisioning / Deprovisioning of access rights in the client’s System Collaboration with business product owners to improve access rights reviews and audits. Interaction with stakeholders

Requirements

Experience with Active Directory (AD) management software and systems Experience with ITSM/ticketing software and systems as well as IT Security Principles and Controls Experience with a programming or script language is a plus (Powershell, VBA, Python, …) Good communication and internal/external stakeholder management skills Technical Competencies such as: Access Management, User lifecycle, ITSM Management, Internal Control Standards, Audit & Governance, Security Awareness, Reporting
