Excellent communication with stake holders. Exposure and knowledge on Mainframe and Batch processing. Experience in handling transactions with critical stakeholders. Good knowledge on SNOW and reporting. Comfortable with tracking & reporting to senior management. Should be comfortable handling demanding situations. Flexible in working off hours depending on project requirements
