Each such smaller unit will be dedicated to an LOB and they will seek data from LOB to evaluate apps, current access etc. Working with the LOB, this team will create reports on what access their users have in apps and identify any gaps in the migration plan. And they will also enable setting up the right access in the target state through requests in ARS or OIM on behalf of LOB. Validate everything along with Testers. This team will need good domain knowledge around IAM, AD, Access. Strong PPT, Visio, Excel skills. PMs also need to have MPP skills.
