IT Project Coordinator
Job Description The IT Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and tracking of technology projects by coordinating schedules, resources, documentation, and communication across cross‑functional teams. This role works closely with project managers, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Support IT project managers in planning, tracking, and executing multiple technology projects Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and deliverables; prepare agendas and meeting notes Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and change requests Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate concerns as needed Assist with resource coordination across internal teams and external vendors Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice coordination when required Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and compliance standards Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders Compensation: $60/hr to $65/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Skills and Requirements 2–5 years of experience in an IT project coordination or project support role Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working in enterprise IT environments Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience coordinating with vendors or managed service providers Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, or Agile certification) a plus
