IT Project Coordinator
Job Description We are seeking an entry-level Project Manager to join our team. This role is designed for someone with early career experience in a corporate environment who is eager to develop project management skills. The individual will initially support and lead ad hoc projects across various departments and will transition into managing initiatives tied to our EMR (Electronic Medical Records) program. Key Responsibilities • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing small to medium-scale projects. • Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across stakeholders. • Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed. • Support process improvements and documentation efforts. • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture key decisions and next steps. • Transition into a key role within our EMR program, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful implementation. Skills and Requirements • 1–2 years of experience in a corporate or professional environment (project coordination, operations, or administrative support a plus). • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new tools. • Exposure to healthcare, technology, or EMR systems. • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). • Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).
