A client with Kforce is seeking a IT Program Manager IV to join their team onsite in Mountain View, CA. Summary: We are looking for a strong Technical Program Manager with experience in delivering engineering excellence and operational excellence initiatives to accelerate the technology and product outcomes of the Fintech organization at Intuit. We drive for accountability and clarity while ensuring execution excellence, and empowering cross-functional teams to scale and organize for speed. Responsibilities: * Connect the dots across various programs within a portfolio to simplify the 'why/what/how' * Partner with Portfolio Leadership Team to unblock/guide program teams' delivery * Identify and/or simplify portfolio level processes enabling the org to operate smoothly * Develop a program structure and drive a program operating rhythm to bring together complex, cross-organizational teams * Drive creation of program roadmaps and execution plans across all phases of planning, development, and production readiness and launch * Collaborate with key stakeholders in executive teams, product management & engineering, and various cross-functional teams to effectively drive towards program outcomes * Quickly and effectively, identify and clarify the critical issues and dependencies that need action and drive them through to closure * Communicate results clearly and in actionable form * Effectively balance business needs versus technical constraints * Communicate progress across the organization and at all levels - this includes program status, risks, dependencies and change control * Thrive in establishing ord er and clarity amongst ambiguity and chaos * Work well with others when conflicts arise, with the ability to influence others to work towards desired outcomes * Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently
