You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and different IT teams to design, implement, and optimize systems that align with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** + Strategy and Roadmap: + Define the product / platform vision, strategy and OKR’s for a new demand planning product, aligning business demand with the product roadmap + Establish technology roadmaps to achieve efficient & effective delivery of business & customer value for assigned product + Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency + Manage product/platform constraints and resolve cross-team dependencies; manage demand intake as required + Solutioning & Delivery: + Define the standards for the product / platform, including overall design and features, development standards, release management processes and schedules, testing / validation, compliance and master data structures + Manage and define financial budget + Perform multiple vendor management + Facilitate Change Control and Risk Management Processes + Drive continual measurement of capabilities against demand volume, complexity, business challenges and improvement within value stream(s) **Key Skills:** + Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision through deep expertise in product development, engineering, and UX + Experience in multiple stakeholder management + Deep understanding and experience in high quality product delivery, including planning, dependency management, and delivery execution & governance + Sufficient understanding of the business needs, including sufficient knowledge of business processes, relevant value drivers, and industry trends + Experience in managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, leading product team ceremonies, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up) + Demonstrated success in leading multiple cross-function self-organized teams + Strong problem-solving skills with ability of accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related area; MBA or advanced degree preferred. + Demonstrated experience in product management, preferably in S&OP, IBP and commercial planning field + Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading complex projects from conception to delivery + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization + Experience with regional initiatives is desirable + Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is desirable + Experience with demand planning initiatives is desirable + Advanced Spanish is a must + Advanced English.
