We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join Lenovo’s Worldwide (WW) Sales IT team ! Ready to take your career to the next level? As an IT Product Analyst You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, improving processes, and providing data-driven insights. What You will do: Act as a  bridge between business stakeholders (Sales, Solution Architect,  Product Release Operations , etc) and IT development teams , translating business needs into technical requirements. Elicit, analyze, and document  functional requirements for WW IT systems, including  Product Catalog, Configurator tool, etc . Collaborate with  UX designers, tech lead, developers, and testers  to design and implement scalable IT solutions. Create  clear specifications  using user stories, process flows, and data models to design solution and guide development. Support  Agile/Scrum  processes, driving the sprint planning, backlog refinement, and System integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Problem solving and production issue tracking What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or higher in  Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field . Strong  communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business teams and technical teams (Developers, Architects). Analytical mindset  with a structured approach to problem-solving and process optimization. Passion for  technology-driven business solutions  and improving operational efficiency. 3+ years of experience  as a Business Analyst in IT systems Experience in UX design and proficiency in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and business process modeling (UML, BPMN, or similar). Preferred skills: Experience with process modeling tools Certifications in business analysis or project management Knowledge of data governance principles.
