**Job Description**
We are seeking a motivated IT intern to support the IT department at our Semiconductor plant in Roseville, CA. The intern will work collaboratively with both the Director of IT and team members to document and map processes against ITIL frameworks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in documenting and mapping existing IT processes against ITIL frameworks (e.g., Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Fulfillment).
+ Contribute to the development and refinement of process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
+ Support the roll-out of new or updated ITIL processes.
+ Assist in the identification, definition, and establishment of relevant ITIL-related KPIs and metrics.
+ Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various IT systems (e.g., ITSM tool, monitoring tools) to track process performance.
+ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends.
+ Contribute to the preparation of regular performance reports for IT leadership.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
+ Minimum GPA of 3.0
+ Strong research and analytical skills; relationship building (interpersonal skills), and the ability to condense and synthesize information.
+ Good written and verbal communication skills.
+ Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
+ Valid drivers license
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Interest in semiconductor manufacturing
**Additional Information**
+ This role will work on site in Roseville, CA.
+ This position can be flexible with works hours and days per week.
+ Can work up to 19 hours per week.
+ Assignment may last until February 2026 or longer.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $25.00- $28.00/hr. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
