IT Process Analyst

Location: Melbourne, Victoria
Contract Duration: 12 months

We’re seeking an experienced IT Process Analyst to lead and support projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance business solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver infrastructure projects in collaboration with global teams.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network/server issues.

Support business solution development from planning to implementation.

Coordinate with external service providers and managed support teams.

Maintain and work with on-site infrastructure in server rooms and data centers.

Key Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in IT, with a strong focus on networks and infrastructure.

Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.

Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Hands-on experience in network/server administration, virtualization, and cloud.

Self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
