**Job Summary and Responsibilities** As our Principal Product Engineer, you will plan and direct technical aspects of highly complex applications and products to meet end-user needs and business goals. This leadership role involves identifying improvements, making recommendations, and implementing solutions. Every day you will manage multiple complex solutions, providing technical guidance to software engineering teams and overseeing project contributions. You'll lead troubleshooting, act as a subject matter expert for software design/coding, and mentor all engineers. To be successful, you will demonstrate exceptional expertise in product engineering, software design/coding, and problem-solving for complex issues.
